It seems to be a trend now that every time I step aboard the train in the morning on my way to college that I hear some wallstreet jagoff mention that another company goes bellyup. It just begs the question are we going into another recession / depression or is America entering the seventh circle of hell ?

- Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac - Was the seed that triggered the apocalypse of the housing market.

- Commerce Bank - Owned by TD bank now.
- Wachovia - Owned by Wells Fargo now.
I mean you get the picture , this is just rediculous. You can even visit this obscene wiki page I found in regard to all the banks that have gone belly up or bought out during the financial crisis over here.
But it doesn’t stop here because we all know the results of the domino effect. Banks go down > tighter credit on overall market > Retailers go down> Consumers suffer.
